Covering Initial Costs

Proyecto Limmudim is designed to be financially self-sustaining over the long term. Once established, recurring income from the mechanical services offered to clients will cover operating expenses, while the apprentices monthly fees will cover their own earnings over the course of the program.

However, launching this vision requires significant upfront investment. High initial costs include land or property acquisition, professional building plans and permits, construction, legal and regulatory fees, and necessary equipment and furnishings. These capital expenses cannot be fully met from operating revenue at the outset.

We welcome philanthropic support to bridge the start-up gap. Donated funds will be allocated specifically to property purchase, architectural and engineering plans, construction and site development, legal and administrative setup, and essential equipment. Contributions now will accelerate the project’s completion and help put it on a sustainable footing that benefits the community for years to come.
